What is required to qualify my company as a disabled veteran-owned business?

Dear Customer,

Usually the majority of owners (51%) need to be part of the qualifying category to be recognized as a disabled veteran-owned business. That also applies to minority-owned businesses. Sometimes third parties need to certify your status to be approved for supplier/contractor diversity eligibility. Forming an LLC and documenting capital contributions and ownership interests in your Operating Agreement is necessary to show how much was contributed by each investor and what percentage of the LLC they own.  We can help you form your LLC today.

When deciding where to form your company, consider that Delaware has advantages over your home state that may benefit you. Go
