global-delaware-incnow-launch-eventForming a Delaware LLC or corporation for entrepreneurs is about to get even easier with IncNow thanks to an initiative of Global Delaware and the Delaware Division of Libraries.

On Monday, October 17th, IncNow incorporation specialists will be present at the Inspiration Space within the Wilmington Public Library as it plays host to Governor Jack Markell while he unveils a new platform for streamlining online Delaware business formation at local libraries. One of these new portals is incnow.com/Delaware.

The launch event begins at 10:00 a.m., and the first 20 entrepreneurs present will receive complimentary Delaware limited liability company formations, ten of which will be from IncNow. This marks the first time that the State has openly encouraged business registration online, and exhibits a growing support system engrained in Delaware to support microbusinesses by providing them with expert resources to jumpstart their businesses.

On the partnership between Delaware Public Libraries and Delaware-licensed registered agents, State Librarian Dr. Annie Norman says, “Delaware Libraries serve as a hub for connecting Delawareans with the information and resources they need to help them move forward with their plans to launch a new business.”
