Our Complete Series LLC package is recommended to get all of the documents you need for your Series LLC, as well as one year of our Registered Agent service. The Complete Series LLC package includes a Series LLC Operating Agreement and Separate Series Agreements, which are required by Delaware law. The Basic Series LLC package is best for experienced entrepreneurs who can prepare their own company documents. The Basic LLC includes the filing of the Series LLC formation documents and 1 year of our Registered Agent services.
The Complete package offers our best value: everything you need to start your business. It includes the formation of your Series LLC, one year of Registered Agent service, a professionally drafted Series LLC Operating Agreement and Separate Series Agreements, Delaware State Franchise Tax reminders and more. The Basic package includes the filing of your Series LLC and one year of Registered Agent service, but does not include a Series LLC Operating Agreement.

The fee to renew IncNow’s Registered Agent service each year is $109. Our Basic, Complete and Now packages all include one year of Registered Agent service. At IncNow, we bill for our Registered Agent service on a calendar year basis. So in October of the following year after forming your company, expect a bill from us to renew your Registered Agent service for the coming year. We’ll never charge you automatically for Registered Agent services.
Yes, it is a legal requirement that your company have a Delaware Registered Agent at all times. Our Basic, Complete and Now packages all include one year of Registered Agent service. However, you will need to renew your service each year after that. Our annual fee to renew Registered Agent services is $109.
