Our Now Corporation package is recommended to get all of the documents you need for your corporation, as well as one year of our Registered Agent service, in one business day. If you can do without the lightning fast turnaround time, then you may choose to go with the Complete Corporation package.

The Basic Corporation package is best for experienced entrepreneurs who can prepare their own company documents. The Basic Corporation includes the filing of the company incorporation documents and 1 year of our Registered Agent services.
The Now package offers our best value: everything you need to start your business with our fastest turn around time. It includes the incorporation of your Delaware corporation, one year of Registered Agent service, professionally drafted corporate documents, Delaware State Franchise Tax reminders and more. The Complete package includes all of the Now package services with our standard turnaround time. The Basic package includes the filing of your corporation and one year of Registered Agent service, but does not include stock certificates, bylaws, minute book, officer appointment or Unanimous Action of Directors.

The fee to renew IncNow’s Registered Agent service each year is $109. Our Basic, Complete and Now packages all include one year of Registered Agent service. At IncNow, we bill for our Registered Agent service on a calendar year basis. So in October of the following year after forming your company, expect a bill from us to renew your Registered Agent service for the coming year. We’ll never charge you automatically for Registered Agent services.
Yes, it is a legal requirement that your company have a Delaware Registered Agent at all times. Our Basic, Complete and Now packages all include one year of Registered Agent service. However, you will need to renew your service each year after that. Our annual fee to renew Registered Agent services is $109.
