Trademark Services



Trademark Searches

Agents and Corporations, Inc. offers a $200 Direct-Hit Federal and state name-only trademark search. The search takes less than one week and will show other trademarks on record that are likely to prevent a successful registration of your proposed mark. File a Trademark

Agents and Corporations, Inc. also offers a trademark filing service for a service charge of $275 plus the required filing fee of $325 (for the actual filing). Your trademark will be filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office in one class of goods or services. Marks can be based on use in commerce or intent-to-use.

Within six months after filing your trademark, the USPTO will reply with an Office Action. You may either answer their Office Action yourself, or you may have Agents and Corporations, Inc. answer for you (this extra service is usually priced around $200, but depends on the answer’s complexity). Should your trademark then be approved, you will be given a registration certificate and a number for a U.S. Trademark within about one year.

Note: There is no guarantee your trademark will be approved; however, the more unique your trademark is, the more likely it will be approved. Agents and Corporations, Inc. trademark service fees are non-refundable.

Foreign Qualification

Non-Nevada Company Doing Business in Nevada:

If you have a non-Nevada company (a Corporation or LLC that was not incorporated in Nevada) and wish to do business in Nevada, you may be required to file a Certificate of Authority.

Agents and Corporations, Inc. can prepare and file this certificate for the required state processing fee, the required state LLC / Corporation fee, and our (Agents and Corporations, Inc.) Resident Agent fee ($90). (Note: Nevada requires a Certificate of Good Standing as well as a Certified Copy from your state of incorporation in order to process this filing).

Good Standing Certificate

A Good Standing Certificate is often required when a company submits a Certificate of Authority to its home state (for Foreign Qualification purposes).

Agents and Corporations, Inc. offers a Certificate of Good Standing ($30 service charge plus the required state filing fee of $50) and/or a Certified Copy of your Articles of Incorporation / Articles of Formation / Initial List of Directors (Managers) ($30 service charge plus the required state filing fee of $30). You can request this service at the time of formation or at any later date.
