What is an LLC?
A Limited Liability Company (LLC) is a corporate business entity that is formed with the filing of a Certificate of
Formation, and governed by an LLC Operating Agreement.
An LLC provides limited liability to its members and
taxation like a partnership, preventing double taxation.
People from all over the United States and the world flock
to Delaware for the protection and flexibility of the Delaware
LLC. For each of the past five years, the United States
Chamber of Commerce has ranked the Delaware Court
system number one of all 50 states in terms of fairness
and competence. Choose the Delaware LLC for your
business and you will enjoy the business-friendly rules
that are more favorable than those available in any other
state or foreign country.
